SIP endpoints/extensions not being monitored by the AES

SIP endpoints/extensions not being monitored by the AES

Issue

SIP endpoints/extensions that are being monitored by the AES.

Resolution

Make sure to make this change in System Manager in order for CT Suite to be able to monitor the extensions.
1. Log into System Manager, then select Communication Manager

2. In the User, go to Manage Endpoints.

3. Select the SIP station and edit.

4. On the General Options tab, change Type of 3PCC Enabled from None to AvayaThis is so AES can monitor the station.
