The CTS 3.2 SP1 is a cumulative release that includes fixes, enhancements and updates:

 
Fixes:
1465  - Outbound Call List Contacts Loaded redis entry not showing correct loaded contacts
1405 - Issue with Attachments getting corrupted
1468 - Email Supervisor Tool Transfer/assign issue
1495 - When sending emails with image in the signature, the images in the signature are not shown in the sent folder. Leaving the agent to think the signature wasn't sent correctly
1522 – Issue seen in CT Web Client email widget where memory leak occurs on certain emails
1529 - Issue with embedded images not showing in user's sent box
1541 - Issue when sending emails out when email service is not running
1544 - Issue with transfer/conf after refreshing browser. User has calls on line 1 and 2.. after a refresh, conf/transfer options are not enabled
1545 - Issue with Pending AVL when in AVL already
1551 - CT Monitor issue where it errors out on the established event and doesn't count towards agent's call count
1552 - CT Monitor Issue where we see duplicate threads counting one call twice
1558 - CT Outbound not letting users complete call list leads
1559 - If chat service doesn't have port defined, it needs to default to 8791
1566 - Issue with UUI with consultation call while handling email work item
1562 - Issue with call line clearing when call recording line goes on hold
1563 - Issue seen where the CT Authentication and CT Configuration REST are running into issues when connecting to a named SQL instance
1567 - CT Open queue causing to statistically set logging size to 10 MB only
1577 - Issue with CT Outbound inserting multiple records for a given call
1586 - When a callback is scheduled and then the list is disabled, the contact never gets recreated in cash with the call back date
1588 - Email subject line causing to fail to send the email with error 500
1589 - When assigning Wrap Codes to Email, the wrap codes don't force you to select sub tiers
1590 - Change to add a scroller in CT Web Client when the details widget is expanded
1591 - Issue with CT Outbound call list service Not creating call back alerts in cache
1592 – Issue with CT Device Manager crashing due to CT Salesforce connector causing to send request repeatedly
1594 - Issue with voice wrap codes. When sub topics are present, it should force an entry for them
1595 - Email suspension alert does not appear intermittently
1597 - Issue with email content font strike through
1598 - Attachment images showing as resources but not stitched into the body
1600 - CT Email Server causing to store additional email work items to Elasticsearch where not necessary due to logic condition issue within the stored procedure
1601 - Issue with grid lines in email widget being hidden
1604 - When sending emails, the font size and font is not being defined in the HTML
1606 - Email editor table resize issue
1607 - Modified CT Device Manager to auto delete queue in message queue
1608 - Issue with font in HTML of email
1609 - Issue with CT Config REST not returning the correct SMTP port for Chat Server Info
1613 - Issue with CT Email service parsing the to/cc/bcc fields
1614 - Issue with the CT Monitor Service not sending Device List on timer
1618 - Issue with CT Web Client not subscribing to the MQ for dashboard statistics and gauges
1621 - Issue with CT Email Service Serving up emails when multiple email queues use the same Email Queue
1622 - Modified CT DataFX SQL connection pooling to prevent excessive connections and failing to tear down the connection
1623 - Issue seen where the body shown is not the body of the email
1624 - Issue where emails will sometimes show duplicate
1625 - Issue with grid lines disappearing after saving email to drafts
1628 - Issue with saving emails to drafts with images for Lotus Notes users
1631 - Issue with bullets in email editor
1633 - Issue with adjusting centering of text of an email in email editor
1637 - Issue seen with CT Monitor where user logs in but agent does not get added to the agent login list causing CT Monitor unable to obtain agent states
1638 - When email channel is not deployed, Open Queue must not rebind to the message queue
1639 - When pasting a table from Word, it won't retain the borders
1647 - Web Client Work Item Live Preview (WILV) preview and email widget causing slowness due to email HTML https embedded links when web client is deployed as non-secure (http)
1651 - Issue with CTWC browser inactivity timeouts where when CTWC web application is logged out, the ACD agent is forced logged out
 
Enhancements:
1547 - Change to dial field to show contacts as well as history.
1550 – Added the ability to turn on/off auto complete when dialing from CTWC line appearance via client config setting
1556 – Modified CT Email Supervisor tool to allow SSO users to authenticate using network ID to authenticate to CT Authentication
1561 – Added ‘Leave Page Warning’ browser alert when CT Web Client is closed
1576 – Added feature that will throw an alert when the user tries to close CTWC without logging out properly
1572 - Allow web client to automatically save selected font of the email and template editors
1582 - Modified CT Email Widget to allow Drafts to be written/read using CT DataFX instead of direct to cache
1587 - Prompt user if media call is not active when closing the email work item
1599 - Speed up email queuing when an email arrives
1626 - Email Editor needs a default font size setting. The default keeps changing based on the last line of text selected
1630 – Added CC and BCC fields to Print preview of email
1632 - Added Email ID that is being replied to to email header
1646 - Modified Dashboard message queues to auto delete
1654 – Updated NodeJS core modules
1655 – Updated NodeJS core installer to version 12.14.1
